ERGIndex™
From requirement to workable action
Gebruik alleen fictieve voorbeelden of volledig niet-vertrouwelijke testinformatie. De uitkomst is beslissingsondersteuning en geen audit, certificering, assurance of juridisch oordeel.

From ESG commitments to operational reality
ERGIndex helps identify where commitments and practice align, where evidence is missing and which improvements may deserve priority.
Standalone and local. This demonstrator runs entirely in this browser. It does not upload assessment files, does not require an account and does not use an external AI service. Use only the provided example documents or fully non-confidential test information.
Why ERGIndex? Organisations may have ESG policies, supplier requirements, audit reports and public commitments while still lacking sufficient insight into their consistent implementation. ERGIndex connects available evidence to operational decision-making.
1. Define the purpose and scope
2. Build the evidence file

Evidence-based interpretation
Missing evidence is not automatically proof of poor performance. It means implementation cannot yet be sufficiently substantiated within this scope.
Transparent assessment dimensions
Each dimension is shown separately so users and pilot reviewers can see how the orientation was formed.
These bounded demonstrator indicators support orientation only. Weights, thresholds and reproducibility must be tested and approved before production use.
Effort & proportionality
Pilot use should also record preparation, collection, review and reporting time. Reliable time estimates can only follow practical testing.
Pilot success & validation gate
This assessment may support method testing. It does not itself validate ERGIndex.
Required validation layers: expert content review, practical user validation and—where responsibly possible—comparison with reliable operational findings, incidents, complaints or other reference information. Multiple reviewers should assess the same case to test consistency and explain differences.
Decision boundary: This result is evidence-informed decision support within the defined scope. It is not audit, assurance, certification, a legal opinion or a guarantee of compliance or performance.

Road Transport & Driver Welfare Overlay™
Cross-platform assessment of commissioning pressure, driver welfare, subcontracting, transport emissions and evidence.
Applies across all profiles
Safe demonstrator: Use fictional examples or non-confidential organisation-level information. Do not upload personal tachograph, payroll, health or location data about identifiable drivers.
1. Transport dependency and commissioning influence
2. Carrier chain and driver-welfare controls
3. Transport emissions activity
Enter activity data or supplier-reported values. ERGIndex classifies the information; it does not invent an emission factor.
4. Resource Efficiency Opportunity
Identify positive operational and environmental initiatives without calculating or promising financial returns.
Financial reporting boundary: ERGIndex identifies possible efficiency and cost-saving opportunities but does not calculate, verify or guarantee financial benefits. Any company-reported financial effect remains the responsibility of that organisation and is not confirmed by ERGIndex.

How to answer
Select the statement that best reflects current practice:
Yes — evidencedImplemented and supported by current records
Partly / reportedSome activity exists, but coverage or evidence is incomplete
No / unknownNot implemented, not known or not demonstrated
Questions
Decision boundary: This short SAQ is self-reported, rules-based decision support. It is not an audit, assurance engagement, certification, legal advice, compliance determination or verification of actual operational conditions. Material decisions require supporting evidence and authorised human review.
Step 1 of 3 · about 5 minutes
Remediation & Continuous Improvement™
Follow a finding from identification and root cause through action, effectiveness and sustained improvement.
Interactive test module
Why this matters: Organisations in every industry need more than a finding or corrective-action list. They need a clear way to follow whether an NC or improvement point is owned, addressed, supported by evidence, effective in practice and still working over time. This module can start with an audit or assessment, an SAQ, worker or stakeholder input, a complaint, an incident, a customer requirement, a legal requirement or an ERGIndex review.
Also suitable without an existing sustainability programme: ERGIndex can begin with a basic readiness review of applicable requirements, operational risks, responsibilities and available evidence. The organisation can then build a proportionate improvement programme step by step, without first adopting a named industry framework.
ERGIndex difference: Uploading a policy, photograph or completed action does not by itself prove that an NC is resolved. Closure requires authorised human review of implementation, root-cause response, operational effect and—where relevant—worker or stakeholder confirmation and a later sustainability check.
1. Finding and responsibility
2. Corrective action plan
3. Progress and effectiveness
Locally saved test records
Test records are stored only in this browser. A production web version requires authenticated users, role-based access, audit trail, secure evidence storage and a database.
Decision boundary: ERGIndex supports remediation management and human evaluation. It does not certify closure, issue assurance, replace the source audit programme or assess a natural person. The organisation remains responsible for remediation; authorised human reviewers decide escalation and closure.
Expert support · about 3 minutes
What support would help you move forward?
You do not need to know which expert you need. Describe the situation and ERGIndex can help identify an appropriate role.
A different use of experienced ESG expertise. The future Expert Pool is intended to give experienced auditors and practitioners a meaningful role beyond repeated snapshot audits: helping organisations understand causes, implement improvements and verify whether change works in practice. Expert work should have a clear scope, realistic time, fair conditions and respect for professional independence.
1. Tell us what you need
2. How matching would work
ERGIndex reviews the requested expertise, sector, country, language and delivery needs.
Suitability, availability, independence and possible conflicts of interest are checked.
A suitable expert role and proportionate scope are proposed before any engagement.
The organisation chooses whether to proceed. No expert is assigned automatically.
Professional boundary: Experts advise, coach or verify within an agreed scope. ERGIndex does not issue certification or assurance. The organisation remains responsible for its decisions and actions.
